a card booking You can book using the Booking Form. Click here to complete the form online or you can send it by post to Artemisia, PO Box 7504, Glasgow, G42 8ZY, UK, or by fax to 00 44 (0) 141 424 0985. Please be sure to complete all the relevant sections in the form. If your choice of dates is still available, we will confirm the availability to you in the way you have selected. We cannot guarantee that your booking is confirmed until your payment of a deposit has been received by our bank. For all holidays, a deposit of £150 (£100 for Samba Fusion) is required at the time of booking. You can pay your deposit either:
As soon as your deposit is processed we will send you confirmation of your booking together with a reminder of when the balance is due. Insurance You MUST ensure that you are fully covered by a comprehensive travel insurance policy for your holiday with us. No hazardous activities are undertaken as part of our programme but you should always make sure that you are fully covered for any medical emergencies or health needs that may arise as well as for cancellations before your holiday commences and any other contingencies. We will ask for confirmation that you have arranged travel insurance when we ask for the balance of your payment. |
