Artemisia
Holidays provides small group activities, competitively priced
and independently run. Artemisia Holidays reserves the right to
cancel or reschedule any of its programmes should there be fewer
than the minimum required number of participants for an activity
to be viable. Should cancellation be necessary, those who have
booked will be offered an alternative date or the return of any
monies paid without penalty.
Deposits must be paid
at the time of booking. Confirmation of availability of a selected
programme does not constitute confirmation of booking. If you
are paying by credit card a 2% charge will be added to all balance
payments.
Holidays are secured
by the payment of the final balance, which is due 8 weeks (60
days) before the commencement of the holiday. Notification of
the due date for payment of the final balance will be sent with
the booking confirmation and a reminder may be sent two weeks
before the due date.

Unreasonable
Behaviour
Artemisia Holidays reserves the right to refuse to continue providing
services or facilities to any guest whose behaviour constitutes
a threat or persistant nuisance to staff or other guests. In such
circumstances, no refund will be offered.
